1. INTRODUCTION

​Welcome to SportNoBet (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, and any related services (“Platform”) as well as the purchase and use of our services (“Services”).

For the purposes of these Terms, the term “Client” (and “Clients”), also referred to as “you” and “your”, means any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Platform, creates an account, or purchases the Services.

The Services are operated by Parimsport OÜ, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia, registration number 17337815, with a registered address at Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn, Estonia, 15551.

By registering on the Platform, purchasing any subscription plan, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and refrain from purchasing any Services.

​

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall always prevail.

​2. SERVICES

​

​SportNoBet provides information services in the form of digital content, including but not limited to sports analyses and sports predictions (“Digital Content”). Delivery schedule, frequency, and content depend on the subscription plan purchased.

​

The Services require an internet connection and a compatible device. Certain features may not be available on all devices or operating systems.

​

Access to the Digital Content is provided through dedicated pages within the Platform that are available only to Clients with an active and valid subscription plan. Upon purchasing a plan, you automatically gain access to the corresponding content page for the duration of your subscription.

​

Before completing the purchase of any Services, EU-resident Clients are required to confirm that they understand and agree that the Digital Content will be made available immediately and that, as a result, they lose their statutory right of withdrawal.

​

You may purchase multiple different subscription plans, as each plan may contain different Digital Content. However, you may not purchase an additional subscription to the same plan while your existing subscription to that specific plan remains active.

​

You may access the Digital Content only for as long as your subscription to the relevant plan remains active and fully paid. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or becomes inactive for any reason, your access to the corresponding content page will be suspended until renewal.

SportNoBet does not deliver Digital Content by email or through external channels unless expressly stated otherwise. If you encounter any issues accessing the page associated with your subscription plan, please contact us by email at support@sportnobet.com.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, share, publish, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services, the Digital Content, or access to the Platform.

​

SportNoBet does not provide betting services, does not facilitate or accept wagers, and is not a gambling operator.

​

All services are provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial or investment advice.

​

Although we strive to provide high-quality and well-researched information, we cannot and do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, results, or any form of financial gain. You acknowledge that using sports predictions involves risk and that no outcome can be guaranteed.

From time to time, SportNoBet may provide Clients with promotional or complimentary Digital Content, subscription plans, or other bonus services (“Bonus Services”) free of charge.

​

Use of Bonus Services is subject to these Terms, unless otherwise specified. Bonus Services are provided at the sole discretion of SportNoBet and may be withdrawn, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

​

Clients acknowledge and agree that Bonus Services cannot be exchanged for cash, other monetary value, or credit, and are provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

​

Receiving Bonus Services does not create any entitlement to future free services, payments, or discounts, and all rights to offer Bonus Services remain with SportNoBet.

3. ​ACCOUNTS

​

​To purchase and access the Services, you must create an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

​

You must verify your email address to complete the registration process and activate your account.

​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Services, if we suspect unauthorized use, or if misleading or incorrect information was provided in your account, or any violation of these Terms.

​4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

​

​All prices are displayed on the Platform in EUR and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable tax regulations.

​

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

​

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect subscription plans already purchased.

​

If your subscription plan includes automatic renewal, you may cancel the auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining or unused subscription period.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (Digital Content)

​

If you are a Client residing in a Member State of the European Union, you acknowledge and expressly agree that the Digital Content is made available to you immediately upon purchase. By purchasing the Services, you provide your explicit consent to the immediate performance of the contract and confirm that you understand and accept that, as a result of such immediate performance, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

Statutory withdrawal rights under EU law apply only to Clients residing in the European Union. Clients residing outside the EU do not benefit from such statutory rights unless required by the laws of their country of residence.

​

5.2. No Refunds for Delivered Digital Content

​

Since the Digital Content is made available immediately after purchase, all payments are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

​

5.3. Voluntary 24-Hour Goodwill Refund

​

Notwithstanding the loss or absence of any statutory withdrawal right, SportNoBet offers all Clients, at our sole discretion and as a goodwill gesture, a refund if requested within 24 hours of the purchase of any subscription plan.

​

You may request a refund, even if you have already accessed part of the Digital Content associated with your subscription plan.

​

This voluntary refund does not reinstate the statutory right of withdrawal that the Client has waived.

​

5.4. Refund Request Process

​

To request a refund, contact us at support@sportnobet.com and provide your order details. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be issued within 21 days from the date of approval using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

5.5 Decisions

​

All decisions regarding goodwill refunds are made at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse such goodwill refunds in cases of abuse or excessive usage.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

​

Your use of the Platform and access to the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

All Digital Content and all materials, designs, data, text, images, software, and other content available on the Platform are the exclusive property of SportNoBet or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action.

​

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights, title, or interest in the Platform or the Digital Content.

​

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part the Services or Digital Content.

​

Any unauthorized use may result in suspension of your account and may constitute a legal infringement.

​

8. PROHIBITED USE

​

You agree not to:

​

• Share, publish, distribute, or resell predictions or any Digital Content;

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities;

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security or functionality of the Platform;

• Engage in unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or automated access;

• Circumvent access controls or attempt to access content for which you have no valid subscription.

 

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

​

Upon termination, you will lose access to all Digital Content without any entitlement to a refund, except where required by law.

​

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

​ To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

​

• We are not responsible for any financial losses, including but not limited to losses related to betting, wagering, or reliance on sports predictions, analyses, or any other Digital Content.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, performance, or outcomes of any Digital Content, and we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results based on the information provided through the Services.

• We are not responsible for any technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server downtime, software malfunctions, maintenance periods, internet failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.

• We are not responsible for issues related to the delivery, visibility, or availability of the Digital Content caused by spam filters, email settings, device configuration, browser settings, storage limits, or other Client-side factors.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Platform, the Digital Content, or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific subscription plan that gave rise to the claim.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, reputational harm, or any other non-direct harm.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
